Unhappy Unable to display pictures

Please Login to Remove!

i just got my new pearl 8130 two days ago, and i have tried to put some pictures on the memory card. i have a card reader on my computer, so i dragged some photos to the card icon on my desktop. when i put it in my blackberry, all of the pictures show up, for example, eiffeltower.jpg. but just over half of them showed up with duplicates, for example, . eiffeltower.jpg.
so theres a dot and space before the file name. when those are clicked they say unable to display file. and all these bad duplicates are 4 kb each.

i checked to make sure there was enough space on the card, i checked all the help sections, and i have already exported all the photos in their minimum size to match the screen resolution, so they are all files under 100kb. also, im on a macbook, if that changes anything. thanks!!!!!

remove all the images and try using the device as the memory card reader. go into the device under options > media card > mass storage mode > turn to ON. then connect your device to the PC. you should be able to see the memory card as an additional drive. just drag and drop that way and see if you get the same result. if you do, then i would say that is the thumbnail version that is showing on the media card.
