Default Address Book Transfer (part 2)

Sorry this is a repost from my very 1st post which I had tacked on to someone else's similar thread - sorry if this is anybody's inconvenience.

I just got my BB Pearl 8130 (Verizon had a $99 promotion) - and am completely new to this world. I also have a stupid new computer that does not have outlook on it, rather just Windows mail. It is here where I have all of my contact information... I am wondering how I can move/copy/sync that from my PC to my BB... is it possible?

Anyway, my name is Ben and I am a TOTAL noob... but I know I am not a complete idiot as I have figured out how to text message my friends without having to pay for the service using their phone email addresses...

I have a feeling I will be touching base here A LOT, I have been lurking for about an hour and have fallen in love with this community already!
