You will lose ALL data. If you are getting a new BB do a back up first so that you can put your data on a new phone!

Menu>options>Security>General Settings>Menu>Wipe Handheld.

Warning there is no turning back all data is gone.

Good Luck!

Exclamation Need Help Please

I just got a new curve and i noticed that its been kind of slow and the screen turns bright white then it turns off (not shut down) but is like the screen went into sleep mood and isn't as bright. I wanted to do a hard reset. I backed up my information on to my laptop but Iím afraid Iíll lose all of my applications that are on there. Do you have any advice how to speed up my bb again? Thank you
