Default outlook sync trouble

Please Login to Remove!

Can't get appointments made on pearlto sync back on to outlook. All other things sync both ways, address,memo,tasks etc. Outlook will sync to pearl if appointments made on desktop. Any ideas any one please?? Thanks

In Desktop Manager > Sync Configuration, check the Calendar and make sure it is set to sync both ways, match the setting identical to your address book or tasks.
