Hi!

I have a Pearl 8100 (4.2.107) and it seems when someone sends me a MMS with a picture or video attached, I get the message "Could not retrieve message content". Sometimes I can go to "retrieve now" and after a few tries I get it, but usually with a video I don't.

Any reason why? The last one was a video with an estimated download size of 64k. Is this a space issue? My media card has 670MB left on it.
