help white screen in call

Default help white screen in call

this has been happening alot the past few days like 3 or 5 times a day.

im in the middle of a call and the cal dies and half of my screen is all with the only way to fix is to turn it off. help me

i have 10970492 bites free.

Have you tried rebooting the device?

yeah i have done a hard reset and i have it so it turns off for 10 min every night and the turns itsself back on.

Just to be clear.... Have you actually pulled the battery from the device while it is on?

Having it set to turn off by itself for 10 minutes is not a hard reset.

You only have around 10mb of free space. Have you tried John Clark's guide to free up space? Check out the link below.

yeah i have pulled the battery with it on it still does this. :(
