Default T-Mobile 8120 and HTML Mail

Does the 8120 from T-Mobile come with 4.3 or 4.5? Does that include HTML mail? If so, should I uninstall my Empower HTML mail viewer before I run the switch device wizard. Any of you lucky 8120 owners let me know. Hopefully I'll get mine Friday!!!

It comes with 4.3, and currently will no include native HTML email on BIS.

With the upgraded BES that is not out yet, OS 4.5 on the handheld will have HTML mail.
