Not sure if these belongs under device or BES Admin corner
Last week I activated a 8120 for myself on our BES (184.108.40.206, Dom 7.0.2). Ever since I activated the new Pearl, from scratch, I can no longer do a lookup for a PIN to reference the 500+ users on my BES, but the standard name lookup works for e-mail address. In the past I have been able to perform this lookup, and can still with other users devices (8700, 8100,8300/10, 8800, etc...). Does anyone know if this is a issue related to the newer device OS (220.127.116.11) along w/ my current BES version (18.104.22.168, Dom 7.0.2)? thanks!
