Default Antenna or Radio Goes Off?

Please Login to Remove!

Help! My phone radio or antenna goes off, when I go to dial a number it says restrore connection so I do that and the antenna comes back I get my data and then about 30 seconds later it goes off and shows off in right top corner? Help me ...

Try removing the battery to reboot the device. This has been a known issue on some of the devices. Not sure what causes it but a battery pull will help.

I have done the battery pull anything else?

Try removing the sim card and reseating it, as well. If it still is a problem then I'd talk to your carrier about an exchange.

Edit: I notice your profile says 8100 but carrier says US Cellular. If you got your Pearl from US Cellular then there is no sim card and your device is an 8130. Contact your carrier.
