I hope someone might have an idea on this. The company I work for is giving out BB's as fast as they can get them. Unfortunately, we are now having a problem with the contact sync with Outlook.
We use Outlook 2003 and I believe that the HelpDesk is using the latest DTM 4.3. When they attempt to sync the contacts, nothing comes over. They have not reported any error messages coming up, still waiting to hear back from them on that.
I have suggested they roll back the DTM to 4.2 and try that. I just wanted to see if anyone else has had a problem with syncing contacts from outlook 2003 to the 8130.
