Default Another address book query/problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have sussed out how to view added addresses on my BB after importing from outlook, I had to add them to a category in outlook such as business or personal and then they show up on the BB, my next question though is whether its possible not to have a filter on the BB for business or personal contacts as i dont want to have to separate them all out, and its also a bit of a pain to go through my contacts in outlook one at a time and add them to a category (I've got over 700).
My next question is that when they are on my BB and i can see them at the moment it seems to create multiple records for the same person if they have for instance a home phone, business phone, mobile, e-mail address etc. Is there a way for it to automatically add the same person with all of his details in a single contact on the BB.
thanks
John

If I understand correctly.
1) From address book
Menu-filter -delete filter

Thank you very much, thats done the trick! Now any idea how to get the contacts to import keeping all the data in the same record not splitting them up with some info in each record? Or could this be because i tried importing from a csv when i couldnt get the outlook contacts to show up after being imported?

Not sure if I understand this correctly but in your email program if you don't have your contact saved in a category then when it sync's to your BlackBerry Smartphone then you jus thave to unselect the filter options in the Address Book. In your Address Book select Menu>Filters and then uncheck both options. If that doesn't help then try going to this link:

BlackBerry Search Results

Hope that helps!!
