Default 8120 Call Log access error

Please Login to Remove!

Hopefully this is an easy one.

Have an 8120 being used for voice and data. When you try and access the Call Log, via the icon an error message saying "No voice application is present"
but you can access the Call log by using the dial button.

Any idea why this would suddenly stop working ?
