Just got my new 8120 and the AIM will not work. It tells me 'service not enabled for this device) when I try to login. Now, I tried to send service books, but I am having issues changing the PIN and IMEI for my account online (cc told me that I was in provisioning still). Would this be the reason AIM doesn't work at the moment? I verified I have the service book (wireless village - AIM [smp].
