Default Send pictures without RIM Enterprise

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to send pictures to another phone (not bluetooth) without having an RIM enterprise account or service.

Nope. You need a BB data plan. It's called a Blackberry Internet Service plan.

Technically he wanted to send them to another phone, so he would have to mail his Media Card

You dont have to on the newer pearl's / Curves (ATT atleast).. they have it setup now to where you dont have to have the DATA package to send pics.. my gf has a curve with only the 1500 text package and can send pictures.

An OS update MIGHT fix this on your pearl... maybe.

a nice SMS/MMS package will do. or you can opt to pay per message sent/recieved.

ahh why didn't I just pay 75 bucks more on a refurb 8300! well thanks for the help guys, guess I'm gonna have to either wait for the new OS to (hopefully) fix my situation or get that data plan (prob won't happen)..

that 1500 text package includes MMS though. That is why you are able to send/receive MMS messages.
