I don't believe it is a tmo issue any longer. From what they have told me the BB side still lists me as an 8100 pearl and the old PIN as well. I am supposed to wait till Monday and call RIM when a higher level person is there.
I was also told yesterday that there was maintenance going on with RIM over the weekend which could delay propogation - which sounds like my problem at the moment. Going to wait till tomorrow and see what happens.
