You could probably put a VERY limited amount of music and pics on your device memory using the Media Manager in Desktop Manager, but I would not advise that. These devices have enough problems with available memory. Don't waste that precious space with music.

I would recommend purchasing a micro SD card to put all music/pictures/ringtones/videos on. You can get a 2GB card for around $10 if you look around for a deal, or a 4GB card for ~$22-25. Once you get a card, you can just drag/drop files onto the card as you would any other type of file using Windows explorer.

Welcome to BBF.

Thanks bro for the welcome.

In due time i'll be getting a 2gig or 4gig sd card; but i didn't know they were that cheap wow nice.

I tried to install the media manager thing and it never really synced...

Kind of frustrated because it won't sync or load up.

here's a 2GB card for $11.24 shipped (if you pick the USPS 2-4 day shipping) Newegg.com - Kingston 2GB MicroSD Flash Card Model SDC/2GB - Flash Memory

a lot of people have had problems using the media manager. i use it to convert videos for my 8100 only. i think it is over complex for its purpose, and a little buggy too.

Did you pick up the 8120 from the ATT store? I've been waiting for weeks for this thing to come into the store...

my understanding is that the stores will get the 8110 and 8120 will remain an online/business customer device.

Hopefully this is wrong

Wow...I thought I read on here or on the ATT forum that the stores would be getting them in last Friday...apparently that didn't happen...
