8130 not refreshing ringtones/pix

Default 8130 not refreshing ringtones/pix

I have been updating my audio and pix with my usb and this has worked fine until today.
I have searched all over and cannot find anything that works to fix this.
I update my ringtones with my usb and it says that it has updated to my media card via the windows explorer AND the media manager.
however, when I access my ringtones on my blackberry it does not show an updated list.
nor will it let me delete anything from the ringtones list.
any ideas on how to fix this?
i want to change my ringtones and pix on my blackberry!
