okay i have a 14.99 unlimited txt and data plan on my cincinnati bell line because they do not know i am using my moms blackberry they think i still have a nokia 6300. the problem i am having is i got the apn settings off jivetalk website and i was thinking im gonna get in trouble or charged extra. but i can now use jivetalk and facebook application just because i put the apn settings in. so if anybody knows if im going to get charged extra or in trouble for this please let me know soon.

No, you shouldn't get charged extra. You are using the data plan you are paying for.

No, he can use whatever device he wants. He's paying for a data plan, it's just not a BB data plan. There is nothing wrong with it and it's perfectly legit.
