Default Help!! Suddenly Can't Read Emails!!

Please Login to Remove!
Have I changed a setting or has my new Pearl gone bad. When I highlight and click on an email all i get is a menu asking if I want to "mark open", or Save, or delete or go to full menu - HELP!!

Start with a hard reset (Battery pull while the device is on). Does it clear?

Oh man - I LOVE this place - Thank you Thatzmister2u !!!!! I thought for a minute i was done because it didn't come on - but now is perfect - How the heck did you know that would work??

that is the first thing to do when the blackberry isnt functioning properly. first thing to troubleshoot most problems you encounter
