Default Switching Exchange Servers

Please Login to Remove!

Hey everyone, thanks in advance to those who can help me.

The company I work for has switched from managing their own exchange server to using a hosted one at themessgengercenter.com. They are telling me that in order for them to switch my blackberry pearl from the old server to our new hosted account that I need to wipe my blackberry clean.

I don't want to have to do this because I have several apps installed and 4 other email accounts that I don't want to have to setup. Can someone tell me how I delete my current Enterprise Account and then just add the new one or another way that I can make the switch without having to erase everything?

I guess everyone is as stumped as I am...

I tried deleting the service book. This allowed me to enter the enterprise activation screen and try to get the information from themessengercenter.com, but it failed. Looks like I'm going to have to wipe my phone. :(
