Is there a way to change the 8100 email address?

I'm guessing that you use BIS? Is the the @carrier.blackberry.net address?

EDIT - I think I have heard this question before. I see that you can delete it but I am not sure if it will give you an option to recreate it if you do. I will do some more research.

Sure. Just log into your BIS account, remove the current email address, and create a new one.
Personally, I wouldn't bother creating a new one. It's unnecessary to have it and you can't control the spam on it.
Just use a free GMail account, or Yahoo account instead.
