Default BlackBerry 8110 for T-Mobile-US?

Please Login to Remove!

I know TMO just recently rolled out the 8120 (Wi-Fi) and ATT now has the 8110 with GPS. Is it believed that T-Mobile will ever carry this handset?

I want the GPS and want the small size of the Pearl.

could always just purchase one unlocked. As of yet Tmo is going with the WiFi rather than the GPS on the BBs (8820 is different because it has both)

Yeah...I am 50 minutes away from Canada and could roll up into a Rogers store as well but I have a TMO upgrade coming in a few months.

Kinda gathered they are all over the wi-fi. Stinks.

Well they use the WiFi to suppliment their coverage. Keep in mind AT&T has a great leg up on them in terms of coverage.

you can always go with the 8120 with wifi and purchase a bluetooth gps puck for gps connectivity. that way, you'll have the best of both worlds. if however, you get an 8110 and decide to add wifi to it, it will not be possible.

Seems odd that TMO UK would have the 8110
Its only very recently that theyve started stocking it as opposed to the 8100 though...
Dinan's right though, just get a bluetooth GPS

Tmo International has next to no bearing on Tmo USA. They act nearly as two independent companies.
