Ok I have a cracked screen and know you can buy a replacement from a number of sites but don’t feel like opening my phone since I would have no idea what I would be doing.

I have insurance but I absolutely do not want to pay a $110 deductable. That is outrageous because it is more than 1/3 the price of a new phone all together.

Has anyone ever had any luck in talking some sense into these guys and perhaps giving you a refurb for much cheaper? Or possibly just fixing the screen for me?

It is hard to believe I have to get a brand new phone (for a $110 deductable) when one of the least expensive parts is cracked.
