t-mobile has always had problems with their MMS system ever since i've been with them. for sending, check your coverage indicator and see how many bars you have, sometimes, MMS won't send or will time out if coverage is too low. for recieving, try sending yourself 3 consecutive MMS messages because it will "push" all other MMS messages to your device. I have to do this about once a month.
