Trying to install the trial of JiveTalk, and my application loader won;t load the file. It says this on the screen before I even go to add anything.

"The BlackBerry Desktop Software does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator."

I don't have any problems syncing my phone to my outlook so whats up?

Please don't tell me to call them, cause those ideas on the line waste my time. One woman tried to tell me that receiving income skype calls would be charged to my outgoing minutes, you can see I'm not interested in their help.

I think you are going to have to install the Handheld OS for the 8130 onto your PC.
