I download a video using roxio media manager to my pc. I can play the video within this application. You cannot play the video using quicktime or standard windows media player though. What am I doing wrong?

What file format is your video file? I use .mp4 format on my Pearl. This format also plays on Windows Media Player version 10 on Windows XP.

I think it's 3GP. I use QuickTime to view it.
