Default Only 10 messages showing - HELP!

Please Login to Remove!
All of a sudden my boss's Pearl is only showing 10 messages in her Inbox. As soon as a new message comes in, the bottom one drops off. One day last week everything in her Inbox disappeared. She says she didn't change anything. Can someone help?

The memory is most likely low. Start here:
