Default Blackberry from Ebay - 05-15-2008, 03:49 PM

Hey i have a question...I just got a pearl 8130 off ebay, when i register with the verizon BIS it says that an account exists from probably the original owner. How do i switch it from theirs to mine, or do i have to contact the original seller on eBay. What should i do. Thanks for the help.

Victor

Contact the seller and ask then to have the PIN released from their Blackberry Internet Service account.

Only the seller can get the pin removed by calling provider.

Had the same problem with an 8830 from Ebay. Received it and it was fully functional. Took about 6 hours to get the seller, me and Verizon rep on a call to get the seller's service shut off and then activated for me. Good luck. Hope your seller is honest.
