Question Help, looking for planner for work schedule - 05-15-2008, 04:24 PM

I been looking around for software or the know-how to show my work schedule on my pearl..

example i work :

5/15 6pm est to 5/16 8am est
5/16 6pm est to 5/17 8am est
5/17 6pm est to 5/18 8am est
5/18 6pm est to 5/19 8am est

then off 4 days kinda

5/19 8am est to 5/23 6pm est <--(go back to work then)
then work schedule above for next few days

how can i show this in my pearl.

questions, comments much appreciated

I made the schedule for one of your work days and then had it repeat every 8 days. You would have to do that with each 4 days of your work schedule.

were you able to do that on the phone or through oulook? if on the phone how did you get an 8 day repeat, my only options are daily wekly monthly and yearly.

Set your start date, then your end date. Scroll down to set your recurrence. Set it at daily, to repeat every 8 days. That should do it.

I can do it in both Outlook and on my BB. On the BB, when you choose repeat, then day, below the day is the number 1. Click on that and you have an option of many different days from which to choose.
