Default verizon pearl battery help?

Please Login to Remove!

i got my pearl 8130 back in november when it first came out for verizon. i love it, but recently my battery seemes to be lasting much much shorter. for examplel. i charge it at night, leave for work and after normal texting (maybe 20 a day) and about 20-30 minutes of talk its pretty much dead by 5 or so pm. this doesnt seem normal to me. so...i bought a new battery, brand new and after a week seems i have the same issue. so some questions:
1. sound normal?
2. can i exchange phone, is it under warranty in store since its less than a year (i know in past if a phone was less than a year old even without insurance they would swap it for a refurbished one)
3. what should i do?

If you have nothing installed and its draining like that you may very well want to exchange it. I get a day to day and a half out of mine and Mine is loaded with software

I agree--that does not sound normal. The exception is if your phone spends time in a weak signal area. If it's working to find a signal, it will drain quickly.
