Default Roaming Internationally with T-Mobile

Please Login to Remove!

Hey everyone. I can't call T-Mobile to figure this out because I don't have a working phone I can use nor do I have a phone card to try a pay phone. I am currently in Europe for the next month and I keep trying to add the WorldClass international roaming service to my plan, and I can't seem to find it in the list of services/programs to add. I really need this service and it says on the services/programs that my phone may not be compatible, but I know it is because it says it works and links to the WorldClass service on the description of my phone.

Can anyone help me out? I desperately need contact outside of Europe, but don't have a way to call T-Mobile. Thanks, everyone!

Also, when I go under Network Settings, I do search for networks and 4 pop-up. My friend on the trip also has T-Mobile and has been able to use the o2-de network without any problems. Mine keeps saying I can only use the available networks for emergency services.

That's why you call *BEFORE* you go to Europe.

When I was in Hungary, I used Magyar Telecom (T-Mobile Hungary) for everything.
There were other networks available, but they had a surcharge.

As far as I know, I had to call to add the service, it wasn't available to add via the web.
You need to find a phone to use, and contact T-MO customer service and they will help you out.

it may have to be provisioned locally. you can get your device unlocked and use a local SIM. you would have another number but it would get it working. HorizonWirelessOnline.com - Horizon Wireless, Canada’s Cellular Repair Center

No, you don't have to do any of that.
It "just works." All you have to do is actually call TMO customer service, they flip a bit, and within 15 minutes, you can sign on to TMO in Europe. Trust me. I did it.

Just find a phone, call the 1800 number and you'll be set.

Depending on your account type, you may add WorldClass service online. Log in to My T-Mobile and select Plan & Services. If your account is not eligible to change services online, you may contact Customer Care.

If you are outside the US, contact Customer Care at +1-505-998-3793. We cannot guarantee we will be able to add the WorldClass feature to your account while you are outside the US. It is better to add the feature before you travel.

For more information, go to International Services.

that is the process from Tmobile.com
and i was giving the alternative of unlocking the device. it is usually considerably cheaper.

Default No more roaming with Call in Europe

I've tried callineurope.com and bought a SIM card with their UK BES unlimited data and I saved hundred, especially with the voice calls.
Highly recommended
