Post JVM App Error 523 - Solved

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I want to share my solution to all, and say thankyou for you
helping me to find the solution.

My Problem
After installing a new firmware to the Pearl 8100 device I always got the JVM App Error 523, if get connected to my mobilprovider "Germany O2".

I found out, that if I disabled radio all worked fine, but if I enabled the connection the device crashed again.

After reloading the firmware several times with no result , I searched throug the www and found that Tool
JL_Cmder v1.9.0.zip.

With this tool I could download the eventlog.

In the evntlog I found this error:
Quote:
Unpaired Graphics.push(paint) in class net.rim.device.apps.internal.ribbon.skin.svg.Media Layout actual 7!= expected 6 clip (85,53)+(11,8) @(0,0
After some inspiration I decided to change the "Theme/ Skin" to "Blackberry original" and not to use "O2-Branded" and wow!!! it works again.

To reload firmware you could find informations on the www enough, so i dont describe this.

BlackBerry Firmware for O2 Pearl8100 can be found on:
BlackBerry from O2 - Help and support

BlackBerry Software could be downloaded from blackberry self.

I attach the JL_Cmder v1.9.0.zip, please remove if it isn´t ok.

P.S. Sorry for my English but my first language is german.
