Default Need Help with Email

Please Login to Remove!

So, Ive had my BB for like 3 months and I LOVE IT!! I made an email for my phone and set my old email up to it. Just today I got a new one, and need help. Im trying to remove my old email and put my new one up there. I tried entering my info, but I forgot the info on the email settings. And when I put my pin and ESN in, it says there is already a profile. So how do I kinda like, reset it and put my new email up there so that all my emails from my new account go to my phone? Thanks for any help.

Contact the carrier and see if they will delete the old profile. Sounds like this was a used BB and the previous owner did not delete the entry. If you can contact them, that would help also.
