how do i open a jpeg attachment bb wont let me open it pearl 8130 is this possible or am i doing something wrong

may be file was to big but did not have option (open attachement ) and i thought i saw that before on my option screen

Try to highlight the attachment and hit menu.

tried sending from work got the email no problem but when i highlight attachment and hit menu no option to open attachment

Did you happen to run the DM and remove the attachment service.
