Default how do I sync excel with my BB?

I wanna write my workout logs and then sync it but idk how..Any step by step thread?

You can't do Excel on your BB unless you purchase a copy of eOffice. It's close to $100 for a copy.

You can read excel sheets as email attachments, though, but you can't edit them.

How do I sync outlook to my BB then..I need something I can write and then at the gym edit with the weight and stuff I have done.

I use the free version GridMagic on my 8100 Pearl.

GridMagic for BlackBerry - Excel Compatible BlackBerry Spreadsheet

GridMagic can be configured as an add-in and will sync to your PC via the Desktop Manager.
