Default USB connection

Hello

I've got a problem with my BlackBerry 8100 Pearl.
In fact, when I'm trying to connect it to my PC (Windows Vista or XP (at work) and even a Mac), nothing's happened. I haven't got the USB installation's window.

So, before sending it to reparation center, I just wanna know if there is not an option to activate to let the BB available to be connect to the PC ?

I even tried to reinizialise it but no success, it wouldn't let me connect it to the PC to use BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Thanks a lot.

Try connecting the Blackberry with the USB cable, then open Desktop Manager. There isn't a USB window like you see for a USB flash drive or portable drive.
