I unlocked my pearl 8100 from the Tmobile usa network. The problem is I cannot access PIN,MMS & internet services. The local provided here in Trinidad says that they do not have the power to allow my pearl access as its is data services locked to tmobile .
So i email tmobile asking them about it & they say that they do not know anything about being "data services locked"
Can anyone please help me because I would like to use the local internet services.

Does your provider offer Blackberry data services? If so you need a BB data plan in order to get what ya want

Like EZ stayed your provider must offer a BlackBerry data plan to take advantage of all the BlackBerry features. If the do then get it. If not let us know and we can help you maybe get basic internet access using Opera.
