Cool No MMS and poor Web

Please Login to Remove!

I have lost the ability to send/receive MMS. I now have very few times that my browser works. Anyone know what I can do to help this?

Take the battery out of your device, then put it back in.
You might also want to log into your BIS account and resend service books to your handheld.

I tried the battery...how do I log on to the BIS and resend the books?

I got it to work...Opera Mini and push set to always for MMS.

your BIS site is t-mobile.com/bis


there is an option to push service books. i would do it and see if it helps
