|  emails received but phone doesn't work?

we have a user who had an issue for a day, they were able to send and receive emails but the phone went right to Voice mail whenever someone call her. Could it be an issue on Verizon's end?
I looked at the phone log on the BES but nothing was jump out as an issue.
