Question did latest os update; txt msgs n call history still randomly clears

Please Login to Remove!

I have the BB pearl 8130 on verizon. OS is now 4.3.0.127

my txt msg inbox and all my call history still randomly will clear itself out, even after it's clear, i'll write a msg, and it wont register in my sms. is this still a known issue??

with my 8300 this would happen when my memory got below 10 MB . . . have you checked you memory?

Yep....you're very low on memory. Follow the instructions in the link above!

Also, make sure you're saving all your pics to a memory card, and not device memory. Same with ringtones, etc.
