Default SMS threading.

i believe thats what it is called.

on my tmo pearl/curve, you could type away a txt message (up to 6 linked i believe) and you could just go on and on.

on my 8130, it shows the message cound (160 and counts down) but stops after 0. on my other one it would say (1 of 1) or (1 or 2) or something like that on top depending on how mmany messages i typed.

is there any setting for this that i mmay have missed? or is it just embedded in the system software?

It has to do with the carriers....Sprint doesn't let you do it that way on the 8130.

I think "threading" is having all messages back and forth under one name (much like a thread here.)

ok i wasnt sure about the name.


and i figured it had to do with the carrier.
