Default Setting up POP3 Email

Hello,

I have searched several threads and have not found out how to set up a POP3 account on my blackberry. When I try to do the email setup on the BB itself, it asks for a Enterprise server, which I do not have. I just want to set up a specific email account (gmail or yahoo) for BB use.
