Please Login to Remove!

im getting theis error when trying to install an application
(the selected device is currently supporting an active dial up networking session...and then it says to continue to close and retry.???? does anyone know or seen this error. please thank you

Never seen that issue. Are you installing OTA via the BB browser? or though Desktop Manager?

through desktop manager...im tring to install a dictionary..i dowloaded it.. followed instructions, open desktop manager, and hit application loader, but i keep getting this message ( the selected device is currently supporting an active dial-up networking session. to continue the loading process close the dial-up session and press retry???) i have no idea what that is... my current os is v4.3.0.97 (platform 3.1.0.51) is this the latest?

Default application loader error due to dial-up networking message

found problem on bb.com...BlackBerry Search Results had to disable rim virtual serial port in device manager... if this issue can be posted somewhere so others can be helped..please dont know where to post..
