Default Accessing Media Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I'm having an issue accessing media on my Pearl. The files are there and they plan if you go through the Desktop Manager, but if I try to get a picture, video, ringtone, etc. the following error comes up:

Unable to display file/Device Memory/samples/ringtones/......

Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks!

Do you have a media Card? That error is looking at your device Memory. You don't want lots of media in you Device Memory.

It's on my device memory. I don't have anything on my device memory except for the preloaded stuff.

Have you enabled mass storage mode?

Apparently the user doesn't have a Media Card.

Underdog, at 11mb free, your device memory is good. I would not recommend it allowing it lower than 10mb free or you risk losing your call logs, SMS text messages and emails.
