Default Adding Contacts to Phone

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I too am new to BB 8100. I am in need of help! I managed my address book from the T-Mobile site and did what the email from them said to do "download of contacts complete, turn off phone then turn on again for contacts. The first time it worked and I have no idea what I did. The second time around I got none of the new contacts I sent. Tell me what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for all input

RixiC, welcome to the BBforums.

Are you trying to move your contacts FROM the Tmobile website to the BlackBerry Address Book? Look and see of the TMo website will allow you to export your contacts to an ASCiI or excel file, which can then be imported into MS Outlook and synced to your Blackberry, or simply imported to your BB.

THe first time I did it but don't know how it happened! The contacts that I physically typed in on T-Mobile actually downloaded to the phone. I'll research your idea also, thanks.

Are you positive they are not in the BB now?

Look at your Address Book > Menu > Filters. If any items are check, then UNcheck them.
