Hi, im new here

my browser and my e-mail, i cant to use, i dont know what i do to enable this appz...
My icon of Browser doesnt appear.
When I found it in my book that speaks of services is nothing scheduled.
When i use the browser at the option "Switch Application" give me the following message:

Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries.
Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device
does anyone know what i do??

Hello

You need to purchase a Blackberry Data plan from your carrier/mobile phone operator. They will then send the service books to your device which will give you a browser.

you need to contact your carrier and get them to do it.
