Exclamation Synching calendar

Please Login to Remove!

I just changed jobs and got a new 8100. Instead of synching through the Exchange server, I just set up synching through the BlackBerry Desktop Manager v4.3 to Outlook on my desktop. First synch was great - got the calendar, address book, etc. onto the 8100.

Next update synch - it now wants to delete all past calendar entries from Outlook - ouch!! I didn't have this happen when synching to Exchange.

How do I tell synch to leave past calendar entries in Outlook untouched? I don't see an option for this in the configuration. And yes, I would like to have some calendar history remaining on the 8100, just not necessarily as much (maybe the last month or so).

Any ideas?

You set that range in the Sync setup, configuration, Calendar and Advanced, I think.

Thanks for the pointer. Yes, that takes care of the attempt to delete past calendar entries. And thanks for the url to the FAQ site. I had searched there earlier before posting my question, looking for ideas on this issue, but must have missed the info that you gave me.

And thanks for being helpful and nice to a newbie.
