Please Login to Remove!

Any idea why press and hold 1 is no longer able to access my voice mail anymore? How do I fix this?

There is nothing set in the speed dial 1; however, it has worked before. Is that mean I have to set the voice mail number there?

yes you do

you will have to call customer service to get the proper voicemail number for you

you can try your actuall phone # but that doesn't always work

Thanks! I'll check with the customer service. What I don't understand is it has always worked before without physically put in the number in that speed dial number 1 spot.

Or look at Phone > Options > Voicemail and see what number is set there?

"Sometimes" pulling the battery while powered on, replace it and reboot, will fix it... odder things have happened.

did this work before? if so, try deleting the #1 speed dial (even though it is empty), then do a battery pull.

What do you mean battery pull? Is that mean taking the battery out and put it back in?
