| 8120 registration question Please Login to Remove! Hi, don't know if anybody can help me with this or not...
I recently sold a colleague's 8120 on ebay. He cancelled his contract with O2 UK midway through and was told he could keep the handset.
Before I dispatched the handset, I wiped it by performing a factory reset.
I have just had a message from the buyer asking for the following info:
" i have just connected the 8120 i got off you to a blackberry contract and it wants the password and user name to connect to blackberry itself. i cannot use the phone without this as the pin is for this device, but registered to yourself and will not let me re-register a new account. please can you text me the user and password?"
I'm not sure how to proceed... the unit was previously set up to receive my colleague's work email using a Blackberry Internet Server.
Can anybody help?
