I'm attempting to add my POP3/IMAP mail.com email address to my bb through the BIS. The process fails the first time and I'm prompted to enter the information (user name, server, and password) manually, which I do. (mail.com detected I was trying to add the account to my BB and sent me an email with the information to use to configure it so I'm confident what I'm entereing is correct.) After entering the information the proces runs for a few minutes then fails with the following error message: "An error ocurred during email account validation. Please check your Information and try again." I confirmed that everything is entered correctly and try again and the same thing happens.
